Hello Kitty 2

Here is another Hello Kitty Cake.  A yummy strawberry cake with a strawberry buttercream filling and vanilla buttercream covering under a lovely vanilla fondant.  This is an 8 inch 2 layer and 6 inch 2 layer stacked cake.  What little girl would not love this cake?

Ice Cream Themed Cake

This very colorful cake was made for an ice cream themed birthday party.  With ice cream cones and sundaes all around the cake was an awesome centerpiece.  I can also see this same design being a great circus cake with some animals moving around it and a big top on top…. Hmmm…

Favorite Fall Desserts (October)

I love Fall and really enjoy baking with Fall flavors.  From Apple turnovers to pumpkin spice cupcakes it really doesn’t get much better.  Here are a few photos of some Fall favorites that I baked this year.

These pumpkin spice cupcakes with spiced buttercream are sooooooo delicious I seriously crave them!!

These fun little mini cupcakes are the perfect Halloween treat and in flavors such as oreo, and creamsicle they were a perfect addition to a Halloween (or holiday birthday) party.

You can’t have a Halloween party without some awesome cookies.  These little jack-o-lanterns are adorable and delicious!!  Who wants an old orange pumpkin when you can have a  colorful pumpkin with poka dots?? These sugar cookies have a slightly lemony taste and are so yummy!

These adorable candy corn cookies are made of the same cookie dough above but are not frosted so would be great with coffee or tea or the perfect treat for the children when you are trying to keep the sugar level (or the mess) down a bit.

I LOVE apple pie but sometimes a whole pie is too much so these little turnovers are a great alternative.  They are flaky and tender and the apples are cooked with butter and brown sugar until they are almost caramelly.  They are quite addictive and probably one of my all time favorite desserts!

Caramel popcorn with pecans and peanuts is one of those addictive snacks that you just can’t get enough of.  I have a sweet tooth (obviously) and this is one of those snacks that I cannot keep out of if it is in the house.  The sweet caramel crunch of the candy coated popcorn is amazing…..

And last but not least, I do not have a photo but I recently made some pumpkin scones that were so delicious, and tender.  I made a glaze with some cream and pumpkin spice coffee creamer and oh my!!  they were delicious…  I’ll have to add a photo later… I’m sure I’ll have one by the time my Thanksgiving Fall favorites are uploaded!

Have a Happy Fall Everyone and thank you for checking out my website!
